Enology is the science and study of wine and winemaking. In Texas, there is an active wine industry with over 50 wine grape cultivars. The Viticulture and Enology Level 2 Certificate emphasizes the skills needed for students seeking employment in the grape industry to include cultivation of grapes, wine production, and winery operation.
