Enology, Level 1 Certificate


Enology is the science and study of wine and winemaking. In Texas, there is an active wine industry with over 50 wine grape cultivars.  For students seeking employment in the grape industry, the Enology Level 1 Certificate emphasizes the skills needed for wine production and winery operation.
