KINE 1150 - Aquatic Conditioning I This class is for competent swimmers who want to use swimming as a cardiovascular fitness activity. Training regimen for fitness, endurance swimming, and competition will be learned and practiced. By the end of the course students will be able to design swimming workouts for their personal fitness plans.
