The Professional Pilot Program prepares students who look forward to careers as air carrier pilots, general aviation pilots, and military pilots. Courses are taught in fixed or rotor wing options.  Each student successfully completing the degree program will have obtained a minimum of a commercial pilot certificate with an instrument rating. Classes leading to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification must adhere to FAA guidelines. These guidelines require students to attend a minimum number of classroom hours. Students not meeting these attendance requirements will not be certified. All discipline specific courses must be passed with a grade of “B” or better to complete this degree.

A prerequisite to enter the degree program is possession of a current Private Pilot License, a current second class aviation medical certificate. All Flight courses have additional Special Program Tuition. Click: Aviation Flight Fees  to see the list of fees by course.
