The Production Technician program provides students with the maintenance foundation of knowledge used in industry including safety, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control, print reading, troubleshooting and communication, surface equipment, measurement, well service, and chemical technology skills.

Petroleum Pump Systems Operators, Refinery Operators and Gaugers at potentially higher pay

The Production Technician program provides students with the maintenance foundation of knowledge used in industry including safety, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control, print reading, troubleshooting and communication, surface equipment, measurement, well service, and chemical technology skills. Companies may not hire persons with felony convictions. The college does not guarantee employment to any student in the program.
