KINE 1106 - Core Training I This course is designed to use innovative exercise concepts to develop muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility to the stabilizing muscles of the body which are primarily the abdominal and low back muscle groups, commonly referred to as the core. Typical activities will include integrated drills of calisthenics, stabilizing type exercises, stability ball training, partner drills, isometrics and flexibility training.
