Prerequisites: Completion of ORGL 3311 and PMGT 4311 with a C or better in each course.
Presents the research, practice and ethics relevant to organizational development including: consulting skills, tools and techniques for analyzing problems, developing, implementing and evaluating organizational development interventions, and ethical issues at each stage of the consulting process.
