KINE 2150 - Aquatic Conditioning II

Prerequisites: KINE 1150 or approval of instructor.

This course is a continuation of Aquatic Conditioning I and is for advanced lap swimmers, master swimmers, tri-athletes, and competitive swimmers. Customized workouts will be designed and utilized to improve swim performance; additional areas such as nutrition, incorporating weight training and stretching will be covered. Stroke analysis will be conducted for improved stroke efficiency.
